"In the beginning, we came out of the gate hitting it hard. We did a really good job in the first year/year and half of following the process. We have Sean Bradley here to give us tune up. This'll be my second 20 Group training and a lot of things have happened in the past 2 years."
"I'm the Internet director for two stores of our eight in Newcastle, PA. We have a nice mix in our group. We have dealer principals, Internet directors, Internet sales consultants, sales managers, we all have different responsibilites at the dealership but it seems the same things kept popping up. The two main things were people or process. Getting people on the right page or getting processes in place. The issues that we're trying to address in this group that are coming up are putting first things first. A lot of us are doing mundane things that based on our pay grade we probably shouldn't be doing, they should be delegated to someone else. Seek first to understand than to be understood is what another theme of our group is."
